CYDE Foundation (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through cydefondation.org, why, and what your rights are. We process personal data in line with Moroccan Law No. 09 to 08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and with the principles of the GDPR for visitors in the European Union.

- To answer your messages and requests.
- To send you news about our activities, only if you have subscribed.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To keep the website secure.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers that help us run the website (hosting, analytics, email delivery). We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@cydefondation.org. In Morocco you may also contact the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).
